Firmcrate runs with as little admin as possible — no dashboards to log into, no consoles to learn. Here's everything you can do, and where to do it.
Change your payment method
Card expired, replaced, or moved banks? Update your card in the PayPal billing center.
Open PayPal billing →Cancel your subscription
You can cancel any time — no phone call, no retention team. Two paths, same result:
- In PayPal: open your billing center, find “Firmcrate,” click “Cancel.”
- By email: reply to any message from [email protected] with “Please cancel.” We'll process it the same day.
Your service continues through the end of the period you've already paid for. After that, your data stays accessible for 30 more days so you have time to move things. Your domain is yours regardless — we'll transfer it out for free if you want it on another registrar.
Change your tier
Upgrading or downgrading is a one-line email. We'll pro-rate the difference, update your site accordingly (more pages for upgrades, trim for downgrades), and adjust your PayPal subscription. Email [email protected] with what you want.
Update your firm's site
Need a phone number changed, a partner added, or a service updated? Email us the change and it lands within one business day (priority: same day for Pro, same business morning for Team).
Add a mailbox
Additional mailboxes are $1.50/mo each over your tier's included count. Email us the address you want (e.g. [email protected]) and we'll create it, send credentials, and bump your PayPal subscription on the next renewal.
Move your domain to another registrar
Your domain is registered in your firm's name, not ours. To transfer it out:
- Email [email protected], tell us your new registrar.
- We unlock the domain and email you the EPP transfer code within one business day.
- You initiate the transfer at your new registrar using that code. ICANN completes it within 5-7 days.
