2. Email us. One line to [email protected] — a Firmcrate representative cancels for you the same business day.

Either way: no cancellation fee, your domain stays yours, and your data stays accessible for 30 days so you can move it.

You get a pro-rated refund of the unused days on the current month. Your data stays accessible for another 30 days so you have time to move it. After that, it's deleted.

Your service continues to the end of the paid period, then stops. We don't charge you again. No refund for the current month at that point, but nothing new either — and your domain stays yours.

No. What you see is what you pay. Cancellation is a one-line email.

Payments are processed through a Netherlands PayPal business account. PayPal emails you a receipt on every charge, which is what most bookkeepers file. If yours needs a formal invoice in a specific format, email [email protected] and we'll produce one.

Existing subscribers keep their current price for at least 12 months from signup. We give 30 days' notice before any material change, by email, and you can always cancel before it takes effect.

Yes. Switch the Monthly / Annual toggle at checkout — you prepay 10× the monthly price and get 2 months free ($100 / $220 / $450 for Starter / Pro / Team). Cancel anytime; if you're inside the first 14 days we refund the unused months.

Yes. Upgrades take effect the same day, pro-rated. Downgrades apply from your next billing cycle so you don't lose what you already paid for.

Yes, on any tier. Two packs, flat monthly add-on to your subscription:

• +3 mailboxes / $8 per month — good for a small growing team. Works out to about $2.67 per mailbox.
• +10 mailboxes / $25 per month — for firms that want to hand one to every staff member. Works out to $2.50 per mailbox.

A Starter ($10) with a +3 pack is $18/mo for 5 mailboxes. A Starter with a +10 pack is $35/mo for 12 mailboxes. Because Pro at $22 already includes 5 and Team at $45 includes 15, the add-on is best value for teams that want mailboxes without paying for Pro's bigger site or Team's onboarding call. A 20-minute video call with a Firmcrate representative, tight and agenda-driven. Sections:

1. Footprint check (2 min) — we look at what your current Google / Yellow Pages listing shows and flag what must change.
2. Site content intake (8 min) — pages, services list, team names and titles, your main call-to-action. We draft with your real material instead of guessing.
3. Mailbox setup on your actual phone (5 min) — your first mailbox provisioned live, added to your phone on the call, tested. No "I can't get email on my phone" follow-ups afterwards.
4. Deliverability commitment (3 min) — we explain how DMARC / SPF / DKIM work for your firm's sending, and commit to running the full report (mxtoolbox, mail-tester) and emailing you the results within 24 hours.
